I had a Mayberry moment yesterday when I went to work at a nearby university
(I'm the piano tuner). I arrived a little early so I sat down and listened to
the end of choir rehearsal, and the song they were singing was The Crawdad

Helen was my least favorite of all Andy's girlfriends--she was always mad at
him about something. Peggy was a close second favorite, but Ellie was my IT
girl. Look at that smile--just as toothy! Loved, loved Ellie. I also loved
her chemistry with Opie. Helen never seemed to lose her school teacher
, and like he said stuff can be replaced.
As to my favorite song, I don't believe any one has mentioned it yet,

another ket at the end is that there were two different whistlers, and not
everyone can whistle in any key.

on DVD, and I just assumed they would be in the same dual keys as the B W
theme. (Never assume...) Perhaps there is something in the theory that there
was a more relaxed key at the end. Many composers have felt that

and it is in the key of F. I got it autographed by him at Mayberry Days a few

eyes and envision the church and its pretty surroundings when Andy and Barney
