There used to be sitelinks for this wiki until relatively recently, when @VIGNERON removed them. I assume that when the sitelinks were removed, the WDQS updater removed those triples from the query service, but never removed the wikibase:wikiGroup triple for

One sidelight on this. QS2 is great (invaluable!) for adding new statements, but not so good for modifying existing statements, especially if they are currently heavily qualified or referenced -- at the moment, the entire statement complete with all qualifiers and

IMHO, a manual deletion would be the best course of action (unless it’s very cumbersome?). Wiki deletion shouldn’t be common enough to require any automatic detection in the updater, but I don’t think we should wait for the next full dump reload of the query

Removed the point on describing the setup. Sorry, I forgot to do it earlier. Having installed Wikibase, the setup is really just wfLoadExtension, unless one wants to customize stuff.

I think this task can be considered as resolved (mainly thanks to T185693) from engineering POV.
If there are still wikis using such iterations - they should fix it, but it is now on their (community) hands.
