Plan is to add an RB532 with 2 radio cards to the MTI 23db dual-pol and
integrated enclosure. Haven't decided yet if we'll run NStreme2 or just
load balance over the 2 links so we have some RF redundancy. Tried it
with some Radiowaves dual-pols with not much success but tested with the

I know there are 2 variants (see original post). Are the Teletronic
enclosures for specific antennas or have they devised a way to integrate
them with any antenna?

Dennis,
Contact Mike Meluskey from www.broadband.vi ,
Folks,
I'm looking out about 6 months and expect to run out of bandwidth with my
current T1 line. That's the good news because it means that I have more
demand than supply. My niche is that I serve the rural community and
getting bandwidth out here is a challenge. I would like to begin pl
It appears you are about 30 miles LOS to where cheaply available
bandwidth is located. Depending on the height of your tower and the
height of the building on the other end, just about any 5.8Ghz backhaul
should get you there. I would assume you don't even a lot of bandwidth
since you have a T1
Sorry, nope. Came out of Alanta. No prob though. I did contact Mike, We
are going to get together sometime this week :) Looks like I have a

On top of that, if you are going to two different providers, but the links
go over the same pipe anywhere in the route, you are still vulnerable. I
know there are some towns where there is only one provider...that's where
wireless can come in...unless you are REALLY remote.

We just picked up a big account here. The owner of a coffee shop chain is
adding day trading to his offerings. Someone was trying to sell him two adsl
lines. One for redundancy. After laying the idea of wireless as a true
redundancy we got the contract for the whole chain.

This has been the case for me. Everyone wants a unique connection to
the net in case of an outage.
Not to beat a dead horse but back to the load-sharing question:
According to the responses I'm getting is that load sharing wont work.
So, why do I find so many article sayign it does such as

How far do you need it to go?
How reliable do you need it to be?

Depends on your definition of load-balancing. Traditionally, that means
you can balance traffic

Dave,
Thanks for the explanation. Really, my clients want to improve their
browsing speed. Of course, like most people, they associate speed with
speed test website such as speakeasy, etc.
