Transmit start delay - My 2 cents worth: I too have the transmit sequence start delay problem. For me, it started with version 2.4 GA. I did not have the issue with version 2.4 rc4. I also have the problem with version 2.5 rc1. I have about a 1 second transmit delay. I can hear other stations
