Thanks for the information 'Zhengyue'. I think you are missing the
comment on the expected behavior. Basically i have specified only 1 boot
index, in my alternate tests i explicitly set the boot index of the
other volumes to (-1) to ensure they are not booted from according to
the block device

That bug report is still accurate, but given the fact that we're working
towards having new resource providers for the scheduler and discussing
actively on the implementation details, I'd by far prefer to close that

According to [1], the "deleted" column is an Integer since at least
the Havanna release. It looks like you missed to do the database
migrations for each release. Please be aware the release upgrades
must be done one after the other. Omitting one release is not supported.

On the NSX manager the DHCP port is shown as down. The DHCP service
actually works but the port is down. This is due to the fact that the
port state is list as down:
