Really, it's not that hard.
It also not necessarily that easy, depending on what kind of install you
want -- framework, etc., and if you want other folks pre-build package
binaries to work with it.
I'd say unless yo have a specific need for the latest version -- wait
for the "official" build. IF it doesn't show up in a couple weeks, a
post to the python-mac list may be in order.
