I think 200 hp with the car remaining streetable is not very realistic.  My 
SR20 puts out slightly more than 200 crank hp and is right on the limit of 
being streetable, this is with 400 more cc's also.

I think with enough money it would be posible to get 200 NA hp from a GA and 
maybe even more, but it will be beyond even what you are planning.  The JWT 
cams are going to be hot street cams, that will be the maximum that the 
stock valve springs can support.  They will not see you through to 200 hp.  
That will require a custom grind, figure about $3000 bucks for the 
engineering time for that plus sevral thousand more to develop valve springs 
and retainers correctly.

If you really want to get 200 hp and are getting forged pistons and custom 
rods, then it is better to go low compression, forget the sheet metal 
manifold, and go turbo.  Way more than 200 hp will be posible then.
