I'd have to disagree here. To my knowledge, electricity travels at a constant speed,
regardless of Electromotive Force (Voltage) Amperage, or Resitance. This speed is
apporximately the speed of light(186,000 miles per second) So regardless of whether
the wire was one inch or 1 mile long, it would not make a time lag difference
decipherable by an unaided ear. Just my 2 cents.
