I don't think we need more votes.
If there are blocking issues people should review them now and raise the
voice (like you did for the IP clearance).
Once this issues are cleared up we should not find showstoppers and I
would try to release the final anyone. RC are needed when there are code
issues and I bet no one will test the code between our RC and a final
much more that what have been done until today.

Btw, my vote is to try for the final as soon as every licensing/legal
issue has been cleared. But I don't care too much about the procedure.

If you feel better with an RC I'm ok, but then you will have to test the
RC, too ;-)

Well, when I landed to James mime4j was already there. So I just thought
that legal issues have been solved more than 2 years ago when the
sourcecode has been committed to ASF repository.

Can anyone confirm this?
