I don't think we need more votes.
If there are blocking issues people should review them now and raise the
voice (like you did for the IP clearance).

my comment was related to formal issues which are typically checked
against a distribution package like NOTICE files, copyright headers
and such.

I will try to run ARAT against some build later this evening (GMT+1)
and try to do some due dilligence while I'm commuting. never built
mime4j, never used arat, so...
