my comment was related to formal issues which are typically checked
against a distribution package like NOTICE files, copyright headers
and such.
i hope to find some time tomorrow to take a look
I will try to run ARAT against some build later this evening (GMT+1)
and try to do some due dilligence while I'm commuting. never built
mime4j, never used arat, so...
RAT's needs a lot more work before it's easy to interpret but give it a go...
