so i guess it is your work.
i remember times how this list helped me
with people made me read servlet api ( nic being intrumental in that)
and i realized most problems were lack of my enthusiasm in reading
basics or greed of finding easy solutions.
i feel that flanking is okay for new bies sometimes to put them in right
direction tell them there are no shortcuts to hall of fame.
so i suggest whoever maintains this list. have set of rules laid down
and tell them ( rather than genereal major domo message ) in welcome
mail. if some body consistenly is asking questions not worth it then he
should be dropped.
