Point taken... There is no [EMAIL PROTECTED] And I believe that
most of the off-topic questions on this list are related to that topic...
I'll ask whether it's possible to have this new mailing list opened or not.

Setting up a FAQ-O-MATIC and having someone to volunteer to duplicate those
threads would be helpful, so....
