Ralph, I didn't see any replies. I can't say for sure but I am pretty certain they dropped the original for the Player's Softie. I know my sales of the original hit rock bottom once I offered the Player's Softie. I even quit using the original. Play in the rain is the normal here in Hawaii and the original was slick as a greased pig when it got wet. The Player's Softie seems to hold up better. I figured it was just a matter of time before the original was discontinued.
