Speaking of ACK, I also ordered Nandini Chandra's The Classic Popular Amar Chitra Kathas (1967 To Now) from flipkart.
Should be worth a read, if only for the brushwork in there. I was quite a fan of ram waeerkar, and of jeffrey fowler, who illustrated like three or four jataka tales ack issues.
