I'm a fan of orange juice, especially with bits in, but apple juice just tastes too sugary for me... I suspect I eat too much sugar, but I also eat a lot of chewy grainy things and pulses, which probably balances it out a bit! My main regular sugar intakes are a dessert spoonful of sugar on my muesli in the morning, and the aforementioned orange juice... I'll eat chocolate only if I'm starting to feel shaky due to forgetting or not having time for a meal, which thankfully doesn't happen too often! I think I'm lucky in that I tend to naturally crave healthy foods, all else being equal. This seems unusual. It may because I didn't get much by way of sweets as a child; we're attempting to recreate this state of affairs with our own children... ABS -- Alaric Snell-Pym http://www.snell-pym.org.uk/alaric/
