Also from all that I can gather the microbes are mostly a static positive charge. SO an AC made CS would be part negative and part positive charge. Meaning that the negative charged particals would only be the ones useful. One idea that I had if we can get a particle size down to .00? with low voltage was to use an inverter circuit to produce only negatively charged particles.
