   This is just a guess but I can see two reasons. Glass is a static negitive
so charged particals will attract. So pooring from one to another will cause
particals to attract to the sides of the glass. The other reason is the
discharging of particals. When a positive and a negitive come in concat
they nutralize theirself. 

   Give this trick a try and see what happens. Rinse the glass that your 
going to poor the CS into first with distilled water TWICE not once. Poor
it in and check. Another thing to try, poor into an empty glass some CS,
measure it then poor it out. Poor in the same glass that you just emptyed
and test it again. It should increase the PPM with the second poor.
