Valerian tastes terrible. I'll pass on this one. Quinine. I'll pass on this one too. Heard that it is not good for you but I can't remember why. In fact I thought it was unavailable in stores. At one time one needed a prescription for it. Bar of soap under the sheets. Sorry, this did not work for me. I tried TWO bars of soap under the sheets. That didn't work either. CMO. I forget what this is. I do not tolerate deep tissue massage. I find it painful. But I am planning on having acupuncture asap. Thanks Cindy.
