I value your knowledge so please tell the reason why not to take Calcium

I remember seeing that message. Now I wonder why I did not ask that
question.
I have one supplement that has both in it. Ca and Mg.
I do understand that magnesium is required in the morning and calcium
required in evening but thought that taking both, like dolomite, would
not be antagonistic.
I think that is a personal observation, or.......... some off the wall
writer or research indicated this, or the researcher made a mistake.
In 50 years of study, I have never come across this idea.
I could have missed it, however I have studied minerals a lot.
I feed both at the same time to plants, and they have never complained
once, or yelled out in pain.
At times, I think they are more intelligent than humans anyway.
Under specific conditions, they will take up NO Nutrients at all.
Period. proven time and time again.
Wash the roots with every nutrient they normally need and they take only
WATER !
If you want to know how we prove this, ........ just ask.
When the grower is as intelligent as the plants, he will stop the
nutrients, and give them water.

500 mg Calcium
May be some logic here.

water.
There may be a chemical reason for this.
Consider this event.
Once after supper, I swallowed a few mineral capsules.
Don't remember what all !
I went to my office and within a few minutes, it felt like a small
explosion in my stomach. A very large burp, and a good volume of air came out.
Guess what else .......... A large cloud of smoke.
I would have to say, I did something wrong that time.
A good time to say, "Never Again".
This was trying to prove to me, ........ you dummy, you do not know
everything yet.
Maybe she can tell us how, when, and where she learned that.
Not be an internal explosion, I hope.
Wayne.
