Awesome ......... I would get an attorney to call her. One I had a problem with an engineering firm. I went to talk to the lawyer. It was as if he was reading my mind. He picked up the phone. He did not have to do anything expect state his name and the law firm name, and tell them he was representing me. The engineer said, ..... There is no problem with those submittals, they were mailed out "Approved" yesterday. I think he lied, but they were mailed out , Approved that day. Many people do not want to tangle with attorneys, especially one like the best law firm in Memphis, TN. Other methods work as well. My Bounty Hunter friend taught me most of his tricks.
Yep, a call from a lawyer for paperwork, including replies to troubleshooting letters with awkward questions directed to the 'powers that be' works every time in my experience ..when they are in the wrong, and so it's always quick, the stuff just arrived, or we had the letter drafted on the table today (after 5 months, five promises, 5 different officers, five letters or emails, five phone calls, not including the ones that got you cut off in the transfer or queue). It's called service by people who aren't your servant (not civil anyway)!
