Faith- what I do most commonly is make salad dressing with it, I blend the oil and drained yogurt, add onion and garlic powder or minced, Basil, Nutritional yeast, and apple cider vinegar.

Blending with frozen berries makes it more into a milkshake; it's considered OK to add a small amount of honey for a sweetener, or Stevia. I think cinnamon really kills the flax oil taste. Some people think adding some blended whole lemon or some banana kills the taste.
