I'm like Wayne, I drink 'em all. What, me worry? Silver is eliminated from the body in a matter of days. I don't put anything in but distilled water and silver, so how can I get anything else out? I don't wash or paper towel or anything my electrodes or jar. A little H2O2 swish can clean it up if necessary. Sometimes I have let it go over until there are streamers hanging from the electrode and particles floating on top. I chug it anyway.:-P
