It is in uS/KCl mode so I was correct in the first place, don't have
to change a thing.
It was just confusing reading those posts. Yes I understand its not
totally accurate, but its the best we have.

OK I also have a TDS-3 meter but could never figure out how to use
it. If my reading is 11.1 on the Com-100 does this mean my
ppm is 22 ? or is it still 11.1 ?
Inquiring minds would like to know.
