Yes, it is normal for it to go down as ions orient themselves with the
water molecules making a stable "Hydrosol".
Once it has stopped going down, [in a day or so ] then the conductivity
number [uS] is a close match to the PPM number doubled, to derive [vs
actually measure] PPM "silver" content.
It's like counting mules to see how many horses are in a corral, where the
mules and horses are about the same size...but you can't count anything
till they settle down and stop moving after being plucked from the
electrode pasture and stampeded into the corral of water with a cattle prod.
While still stampeding in circles, you're likely to count most of them
twice while looking through a knothole in the fence.
It's even sort of predictable that you will and by how many, but how big
the corral is, counts too.
The bigger the corral, the more you'll count twice.

How do i know if what i brewed is EIS or CS or combination of both or if
it even contains silver? Yesterday, i brewed and my TDS read
7ppm. Today, i measured again by TDS and it is only 4. Is it normal to go
down? When does it stop going down?
Thanks
