That is probably normal Melly,  you are brewing EIS like most of us i.e. 
approximately 80% ionic and 20% colloidal.  The concentration probably depends 
on how long it was brewing for.  Mine normally reads 7 after the auto 
Silverpuppy shuts off.  It will then go down to about 5 after a couple of days. 
 This would mean it is around 10ppm.  dee
