I make my own. I have bought j.crows before. Companions Vit C 2-3g Magnesium400-800mg, selenium200mcg , sea salt1/4 teaspoon a day. Don't take the Vit C with in an hour of the iodine. Check out the yahoo iodine group. It has all the info. Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless handheld
