If it is absorbed by morning you DO NEED IT. If it is still in evidence in 24 
hours, you dont need it.

you DIDN'T need it?"  I recently had an iodine patch test done and you could 
still see it faintly in the a.m.  As a result, I was told I did not need it.

    I have been using this mix; “Lugols ’2% for quite awhile now  as this was 
recommended to gradually build up a low/non existent level.I am 155 lbs 87 
years old.I take 3 to 4 drops daily,no problem so far.It was common practice 
many years ago [how does 75 grab ya ?],to paint a spot about the size of a 
quarter on your tummy in the evening and if the spot had been absorbed by 
morning ,the n you needed it.Goiter was fairly common then until the Gov’t 
mandated Iodine  be added to salt.
