If you get no "sludge", in a DC process, then 100% of the ions of silver combined with cations of some disassociated material, and thus could note plate out to the negative electrode. Again, not a colloid but a solution of silver salts. I would say your water had a few PPM of material and the honey kicked it up over 5 or 10 PPM. How many drops in a pint? You Irish guys know?
