Hi Ivan, Green is manipulated to equal "reservation of natural resources for the WO"---new is same as old. The UN was created by the same dynasties which controlled and benefited from the John Company, and the Dutch, French, and Spanish trading cartels in the 1700' and later (Dates may be in error).
Their goal is not protection of the environment but to use that argument to seize control of forests, etc. The money is a nice side-effect and a useful carrot for the lower-end minions, but it is not really an issue for them. They want to keep money out of everyone's hands in order to limit independence and resistance. But they can create out of thin air as much as they need.
