Bob and Marshall, and all, I think it is about two Atmospheres, or about 14 PSIG. You must be careful not to get the pressure and concentration too high, or flesh can ignite. It happened once in the shuttle when they were running pure O2 at about 16 PSIG. I was considering pressurizing the tank with air, allowing the people inside to adjust to blood gasses balanced at that pressure, and then use an oxygen mask with the exhaust ported outside.
They now make one for mountain climbers of collapsible clear plastic with people powered pump. It is probably adaptable for medical use. If you can catch him when he is not swamped, Bruce Marx may be able to help you with basic details. As a Navy Seal, he was assigned to duty accompanying people for therapy in them. During the Viet Nam horror, he saw a young fellow whose foot had been cut quite off. It was sutured, but blue. In the tank, the blood began oozing from the wound and sutures and the foot pinked up quickly. A year later, without prosthetics, the fellow walked into the tank office to thank everyone. Check with an expedition outfitter. I have been wanting to build one for years. Anyone know where you can get some old submarine hatches?
