Hi Ya'all, If you do not have some form of a Hanna tester then next best test or should I say the best test is the initial current in your brew cell. Of course I am making the erronous assumption that ALL of you have a meter in your brew circuit. Shame on you if you don't. It is your eyes into what is happening and when to shut-off the power.
