This has not been my experience. Room temp water (20 - 25 degC) always
produces a clear product with barely visible Tyndal. Bringing water to
the boil and letting it cool during the gen process produces colloid
with slight colour and more pronounced Tyndal.

I found that pre-seeding did produce a clear colloid but I found that
the Tyndal beam showed a large number of very large sparklies
throughout. Perhaps I over did the seeding, but I did not persue this.

I cannot see any of the silver in the solution during or after the
process, but I give it a stir every 15 mins or so, after which the
current drops. Not enough build up on the cathode to need cleaning.

I have had a few strange results, but mostly they run right on time...I
have thought of using mechanical stirring but it doesn't seem necessary
for the small gen, maybe on the next model.
