Ihvan and all; I also have found that seeding with CS gives the same T.E. (particle size) as the parent.
Rigth now I am running an HVAC ARC CO2 with water at 32 deg.F. (measured) the jug was outdoors all night and it was 20 deg.F. this morning. When I connected the 12 kv water flew everywhere. A very violent arc took place. I am looking for a smaller particle size. Next I will go to about 150 deg. F. Then move toeards the center. Just like artillery fire.
