Should that read "To make higher PPM of 'ionic' silver in solution
requires anions in the form of carbonates"? 
 Thus anything after that saturation point of 13.3 PPM [without making
carbonates] will be colloidal particles in suspension?
 But it is also possible to make a supersaturated ionic solution that later
agglomerates some of the ions into colloidal particles accounting for meter
reading drops over time?
