Yes.

Much has been done in vitro. Everyone agrees, especially in broth, that it
immobilizes most stuff very quickly.

Dr. Flick says his group have yet to find a bacteria that it does not kill.
The work to be done with people is for those with more knowledge and
resources than myself.

Several reports of sty success exist on this list archives. I have seen
several nasty unidentified external eye infections cured rapidly. If
someone will come up with a plan, I will participate to the extent that I
can steal the time. My only avocation these days is this list; the rest of
my day is eaten by "haftas". Hafta do this, hafta do that, ect.

I agree. I would have to go back to the instructions to calculate how much
was available, and it would be a time consuming exercise with my present
state of skill. I think doing that will shed light on the issue of "to
salt
or not to salt" in LVDC generators. It probably improves initial
conductivity at the price of binding a small amount of silver.

James: Instead of theorizing about what happens during the PROCESS of making
CS, why not start by quantifying how effective different CS PRODUCTS are in
combating specific illnesses? With a little creative thinking, I'm sure we
can cook up some neat experiments that will allow us to make comparisons
among easily distinguishable CS preps. Once we have a general idea of which
type of CS product is doing a superior job for a distinct illness, we can
work on how to characterize it since the production method is well
established, and, hopefully, reproducible. Perhaps a pattern will develop.
