In Japan they call it a "washlet,"  and serves as both a bidet, which I
think is aimed at the genitals,  and a je ne comprend pas aimed at the
derriere. . .  better than a mere bidet, methinks, though I have not
used either.   I have flooded a restaurant toilet with one, though,
thinking that the "wash" function was the flush button!   A most
embarrassing faux pas.
