Hi Wayne,

I love chocolate but only if it has almonds in it.

Never tried sunflower seeds except some toasted ones once which were rancid
and didn't try them again.

Peanut butter used to be all I lived on for a couple of years but after
seeing first hand how many chemicals they use to produce peanuts and now
using hydrogenated oils, it killed my love of peanut butter.

I might try your formula to see if I can quit cokes. It bothers me greatly
that I have no control over a substance that is so empty of good qualities.

Thanks,

Jean Baugh
