By all means go ahead and use the silver! That caution is to avoid disturbing the silver suspension and maybe causing some of the material to precipitate out in the brewing and/or storage vessel. The most I can imagine happening is a little bit of the silver plating out on the earrings, but plenty will still be there to kill germs and promote healing. At that point you don't care if the silver is effected by anything. It's there to do its job. > Can anybody tell me if this is > correct? Otherwise, I would like her to use it. It's often hard for the rest of us to recognize where the less experienced folks will find confusion. There really *is* no such thing as a dumb question. Thank you ma'am. Mike D.
