Why not remove the ear-rings, then use CS and replace the ear-rings after the CS has dried up?
Even if the CS does react, How and When are major questions.
Few if any possible reactions are relevent to the purpose of using CS within that timeframe.
It's not likely to be a problem.
If it turns out there is some significant problem, do something different.
