Garnet, with the miracles of the internet and computer power to hand maybe you should start ( merely as a hobby of course, to keep the mind active) - codifying some of the massive self-interest research you have done in such areas as these as say, a $10 Report? See, now I have to go chasing up the dangers of living at the seaside....... Interestingly, the Ancients used to say that every thousands steps higher you lived up in the mountains added a decade to your life!
