Never take it within two hours of milk or dairy, and you can mix it into a
fruit juice smoothie, but I just prefer choking it down and getting it
over
with. I put it in my mouth, then swirl the juice through my mouth until
it's
all wet before swallowing; mercifully, the liver powder doesn't clump or
get
gooey. The acids of GJ & LJ overpower most of the nasty taste.
Oh heck-------I forgot about the no dairy requirement. I was so proud of
myself for getting down a heaping tsp mixed in with my whey protein shake.
No "kick" here.
Would the whey protein really mess up the delivery of the liver "goods"?
