Hi Jim,

Well its a matter of convienince and quality. try to find fresh argentine liver 
somewhere. I can add this to a smoothie every day but I dont htink I can cook 
up and eat fresh liver every day. 
I have not tried it raw yet either.

Nothing wrong with fresh liver now and then if you like it.
