Thanks, Marshalee, Will put in my folder as a route to try. Am presently
working with juicing , H202 (3, not 30). Am getting a little worried about
the H202 after reading some information from my son. Have been soaking my
juicing veggies in it as prescribed on various sites. Also using Flax oil
with 8% lignans. Tried 15%, think that was too strong. Hope to get going
with CS next on the list. Thanks for your input. Ruth

CMO is supposed to be good for IBS, as well as arthritis, Lupus and other
self-destroying types of diseases...You might want to look into it.
