I'm in a similar boat, except that MSN appears to have blocked my entire
subnet (12.106.209.160/29). I noticed that there's a SpamCop-blacklisted
server at 12.106.209.201, and I wonder if they may have blocked the whole
/24 range. Of course, try to get them on the phone....
