> Aftering trying to port scan from my SMTP server to smtp-gw-4.msn.com
I could not, so I have changed the IP of my SMTP server and now I can
 send mail.

Why would MSN.com block my IP address from sending email? I am not a
spammer, nor do I or have I have had an open relay.
I'm in a similar boat, except that MSN appears to have blocked my entire
subnet (12.106.209.160/29). I noticed that there's a SpamCop-blacklisted
server at 12.106.209.201, and I wonder if they may have blocked the whole
/24 range. Of course, try to get them on the phone....

Dave it seems that you are in a real bind, the only way I was able to get around the msn relay problem was to change the IP address of my server. Contact MSN is a no go either so I would ask you ISP for more IP's or move you Mail Server someplace else.
