> Contact MSN is a no go either

Actually, it wasn't that bad.

First, I created an MSN account.
Then, I called tech support and complained that my office couldn't send me
email. The gal started asking me about my email client, so I asked her, "Can
I request escalation on this?"
She escalated me to level two tech support, where I spoke to a guy who knew
a little about what I was saying-- enough to realize it wasn't his arena--
and transferred me to level 3 support.
The Level 3 support guy did some investigating, told me that they'd gotten a
lot of complaints recently from ISPs and the like, and said he'd forward my
netblock to the NOC for whitelisting. He said the folks were very busy, but
the situation should be resolved in two business days. So now I just wait as
fast as I can....
