No reason was given, although the level 3 support guy to whom I spoke agreed
that my guess (that they'd blacklisted a spammer's /24 instead of his /29)
sounded like the most likely explanation. He also mentioned that they'd just
started getting much more aggressive in their spam-blocking efforts.
