I'm adding a phone model to SipXconfig that has its config pushed to
it when you hit "send config" (or project config? It's localized as
send) but afterwards the interface will prompt for a restart with
"restart affected devices" ticked by default. Since that'd unnecessarily
waste a lot of time (AFAIK none of the settings require a restart when
changed) I don't want the phones to restart by default, can I change the
default, should I remove the restart function for the phone or is there
another solution?
