Hi All,
When Mongod services was not running,whether we can set or delete
the speed dial and delete the user phone from User setting tab when this
user present in Agent Group in OpenACD?
I confirmed that other setting cannot be changed for user
agent if he present in AgentGroup.It displays error msg "Cannot Connect
Call Center"
Please Guide.
